Patrick- My That Was Summer Post

Have you felt summer?

Im sure you have

The hard, hot burning concrete and

The time when you put

Too much deodorant on.

The smell smelt too strong

And the time when you

Got tired shooting

The ball in the hoop.

Yeah that was summer.

Have you touched summer?

Sure you have

Remember that time when

You touched that cold, refreshing water with

Adventure.

Do you remember that time when you

touched that cold refreshing

water with your tongue.

Remember that time you

tasted that delicious Ice-Block

And Ice-Cream with your tongue.

Yeah that was summer.

Have you ever tasted summer?

Sure you have

Remember that time that you

placed a cold, refreshing Ice-Block

And Ice-Cream on your hungry tongue.

And when you placed cold, freezing, snowy

Water onto your tongue.

Remember that time that you

Laid down on a cold, wet grass.

Yeah that was summer.

Have you ever heard summer?

Sure you have right

Remember that time you went

to the pool and everybody was

yelling and shouting.

have you heard the insects

buzz in the hot sun?
