Anzac biscuits recipe
You will need:
½ a cup of flour
½ a cup of sugar
¾ a cup of rolled oats
¾ a cup of coconut
100 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of golden syrup n
2 tablespoons of hot boiled water

- Stir the sugar,flour,oats and coconut in a big bowl
- Get an Adult to help you melt the butter and add the golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat so it melts
- dip the baking soda in a cup. Ask your parents to help you add the hot boiling water. The mixture of the melted butter and the golden syrup.
- Dip liquid mixture into the white flour and your other dried ingredients
- Grease a baking tray. Put teaspoons of the mixture on the tray,about 4 centimetres apart from each one.
- Bake the ANZAC biscuits at 180 degree celsius for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and crispy.
